- Define scope and budget as well as evaluate scope and develop value engineering suggestions
- Develop qualified bidders list as well as scopes of work for each.  Trade and solicit competitive bids
- Develop construction schedule
- Establish and coordinate site visits for respective bidders
- Receive bids, analyze and provide recommendations
- Work with Design team to submit for Permits

Construction Services

- Oversee the decision making and communications during the definition phase of the project
- Take charge of resource determination, allocation and timetables in the planning phase of the project
- Supervise and control the progress of construction in the implementation phase of the project
- Follow up to ensure quality materials and workmanship have been sustained throughout the project and especially at the completion phase of the project

Owner Representation

- Be the agent for the owner of the project ensuring that all important information is communicated effectively
